After 35 years the car is still going strong! This year the GT is houseing a new 4.8 liter v8! The horsepower has been boosted up 2 35hp! thats a great improvement thanx 2 effort from the Ford Motor Co.! The v6 is sporting 40 more horsepower that last year! The 4.6-liter realizes a 40-horsepower increase by way of new camshafts with higher lift and longer duration, bigger valves and revised intake runners. The 3.8-liter sees an additional 40 horsepower, the result of split-port induction, easier flow cylinder heads and friction-reducing piston coatings. lets just hope we see even more power next year!

New sportier desing in 99'.....

This year's body design is a slight different from the previous years when we saw the flat sides on the cars,this years the car boast a new body enhancement! The side's are no longer made flat all the way down,but instead they curve out adding a more powerful look!

The car now sports more older features borrowed from the 64 and other models! This gives it a rich blend of new and old 2 help satisfy the craving of the oldest 2 the youngest mustang lover! The rear looks more like the late 80's 5.0 and the front like the 64 with a honey comb grill!
